Apex Auto has been absolutely amazing to deal with! Having to deal with anything insurance related is never a pleasure however, Gary from Apex Auto made the process from their end as easy as it could possibly be, going above and beyond 110% of the time to ensure that I was inconvenienced as little as physically possible throughout the entire process, from the very start, all the way through to even after their duty of care had officially ended. A massive thank you to Gary specifically, but the Apex team as a whole as well. Could not recommend highly enough.

My insurer referred me to Apex after a collision. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience, and my vehicle was returned looking brand new. The additional bumper repair I requested was also excellent, and the price charged very fair. Overall I was very satisfied dealing with Apex.

Despite often changing insurers (they ALL jack up your premiums after that cheaper first year, so keep shopping around), we have used APEX as a preferred repairer on several occasions through those various insurers.They know their stuff, they're close to Milton Train Station/Park Rd./Suncorp Stadium and you could even walk from there to Rosalie in 10 mins or so.Great repairers, great location.

I am super impressed with Apex, they have been so helpful and been really informative to someone who doesn't know cars very well. Definitely feel like they are value for money and genuine which is important! Car was serviced and they helped me with a few other issues. Great to deal with and professional. Highly recommend!

We had been going to Apex since 2019, but after the last service in June we will not go back. Mechanic said we needed an Auto Transmission service at the same time as the regular service. Prior to that service our AT was fine, no problems at all. Now we are having never ending issues with the AT. Apex did not try and resolve this issue, instead saying we would need to pay more money to have the issues they created fixed. We are not happy with this service and will not be returning.

I had my car fixed here (smash repair). Amazing job, done in 5 business days, friendly service and a they were happy to quote me on something last minute when I picked my car up. Also, my car looked shinier than the day I bought it brand new!

The time taken by Apex to furnish the quote on my vehicle to my insurance company was excessiveI had to phone Apex to ask if there was a problem..they replied that the insurance coy hadn't notified them. BUT my insurance coy said they had not received the quote fromApex!!!???. I then received a call from insurance the next day to affirm they had received the quote. All this took 3 weeks and upon approval Apex informed me that I could be booked in at THE END OF MAY!! Not satisfactory at all I don't expect immediate repairs but really..two plus months.

Another happy customer from this quality assured repair shop. Everyone got their own different experiences. But I would like to share my own.Some weeks ago, I googled for a repair shop that has higher ratings and more good feed backs from previous customers - it was my first time to send car for repair so I didn't know of anything. I found Apex Smash Repair in Milton, Brisbane area which is a bit far from where I live and work (Ipswich area). I didn't mind the distance as long as I know that I can trust them.So I booked my car for the repair of the front bumper. They've replaced the whole bumper to a new one which made me happy. When I took my car, it turned out that the colour of my bumper was slightly different from the original which you couldn't even notice if you are an average person. Explanation: It was dark and stormy weather the whole week when they carried out the work which made it very hard for the painter to match colours even with the help of the computerised colour selection.The quality assurance manager was a bit perfectionist". His satisfaction level is along with the customer. So

DO NOT GO HERE!!took car for a normal service that cost me $1000!! but instead they ruined my Auto transmission, they put the wrong oil in it over fill power steering fluid and then ask for another $1000 to fix there own problem that they add to the car.BE aware of this guysThank me later save yourself from this rip off guys
