Called Kunkels and the guy had no idea what he was talking about, said my Snapper mower didn't have any belts and I was mistaken - I told him I had two in my hand and I am pretty sure that he was mistaken. After I reread the model number to him he said the same thing and started to be a real jerk for no reason. I decided to try Vics, I called and asked if he had them - he had both belts. I sent my old lady to pick them up, I sent her with cash for the amount he said on the phone and she returned with cash saying he misquoted me on the phone. That's honest service and he was really friendly! My new mower parts store thanks Vic!

Fixed my whipper snipper and serviced it. Job was done quickly and my whipper snipper is as good as new again. Price of repair was very reasonable as well.

Top notch service!! Helped me with chainsaw and push mower repair + recommended solid strimmer with blades to handle overhead guinea grass. Highly recommend them to get job done. 10/10
