Saturday 16/02/2019 i spoke with David at the shop i explained what equipment i had, amp, TV, speakers and how long i had them for, he explained the best option was to up grade the amp as over the last 13 years the speakers that i have haven't change greatly but amps have, so bought a new amp at a good price (i think anyway), Shane another worker their explained to me how to set the amp up, which was very easy, i went back today to return a HDMI cable as i didn't need it i also had a couple of question to ask which David and Shane helped me with, great service, will go back again when i need more home theater equipment.

They answered my questions (beginner level as i have no idea) without making me feel stupid. I got honest advice which helped me make the right purchase at the best price in Melbourne..very happy customer
