Daisy dry cleaning

I get my clothes dry cleaned here regularly and I have never had an issue! Jules, the manager, is always so helpful. I can recall her removing a difficult oil stain and even kindly fixing a jacket as the zipper wouldn’t open! Wouldn’t recommend another local dry cleaner as they never disappoint. Thanks so much!

Jules the Manager is so helpful and friendly, she always goes above and beyond to look after our garments. Once there was a stubborn ink stain on my wife’s pair of white pants that we sustained (excuse the pun!) and she dry cleaned it a second time without any charge to us! I highly recommend Daisy with Jules! I’m always greeted with a warm, friendly smile. My garments are always well looked after.

I've been going to Daisy at Westfield Doncaster to have my shirts and suits cleaned for years. I've always had fantastic service and perfectly cleaned clothes. I really love that my clothes don't come back smelling like chemicals. I highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. After reading the reviews on here I am no longer shocked at my experience. I took a silk Zimmerman top to be dry cleaned here and when i picked it up all of the folds in the fabric which give the garment its look" were completely ruined! I have inserted photos. I have the same top in black and white. The black one was not dry cleaned by Daisy but the white one was and im sure you can all see what a terrible job they have done. When i explained what was wrong with it they said they would try and fix it. However this was after they accused me of having washed it as home and "dropped it off this way". When I went back to pick it up the second time the man at the front went to the back and came back to say "come back another time". As a busy person I was shocked and asked why. He said he couldnt find my top. As i got frustrated he called the manager who explained where the top was. He went and got it from the back and tried to stuff it into a bag before i could look at it. It wasn't even on a hanger! I then asked to look at it and showed him the black version of the top so he could understand what had been done. He then passed me the phone with the manager on the other line. The manager said to me that they can't fix my top. I immediately asked for the full price of the top ($360) to be reimbursed to me. He laughed and said no we won't do that we have no liability. I am disgusted! The man at the counter then said if I wanted to see the manager I would have to come in business hours. What a joke! I will be taking this further and if Daisy does not reimburse me for the full price of the top they can expect continuous social media posts. Disgraceful!!!!!!"

I went to take my dress which had stains on it.I had placed white circle stickers to show where the stains were . I went to remove the stickers after showing where the stains were. The owner said no I will do it .Went to pick up the dress in a week .To find the stickers still on dress .The lady said she did not want to remove the stickers because she thought it was part of the dress .I was absolutely shocked to what was said and seeing the stickers still on the dress after the week.They ruined my dress after I removed the stickers there was markings on it .No common sense at all and did bother give me a courtesy call .They did not want to take any .responsibility for the dress .She said it’s not the right sticker to put and gave me the right one .These stickers should have been shown when I took the dress in.They dry cleaned the dress with the stickers on too and stains still left on the dress .The lady said he should have left a note for me .She is blaming the owner it’s her fault too. Absolutely pathetic and disgraceful .I have taken this dress many times to the dry cleaners at the pines and never have I had any issues with dress.I moved houses and Daisy dry cleaners was local will them a go.I will definitely not come back .On top of all that they did apologise or reimbursed me for the dress .

I don’t quite get the other narky and unhelpful reviews. I’ve been coming here for four weeks getting my shirts washed and pressed. I’m much happier with how they do it compared to my previous dry cleaner. My shirts don’t have that chemical smell and whatever they use, my shorts don’t wrinkle as much, so i can reasonably get two wears out of them. And small point, they do up the small buttons on my collar and cuffs which most others leave undone, which is a bonus for meI also dropped off a basket of two sets of queen size bed linen which they wash, dry and folded for $30.

Totally disaster. One star is too much. I sent 2 adults puff jackets, 2 kid puff jackets to clean. She charged me $50 each, $200 for them. And another $35 for a trench coat. I trusted her and paid. However, they are not even cleaned. The stains remained the same even I’ve pointed out them before dropping off and she charged me extra for removing the stains. I sent them to another local dry cleaner in Balwyn and it was $22 each jacket with no extra charge for stains. Definitely don’t go there. Waste of money.

So happy with my dry clearning! Thanks for the smiles, quick service and great clean. Really appreciate that the stain on my suit was removed without drama. The best part to this is that' it's chemical free. If you are going to spend money, support businesses who are environmentally friendly.

Jules is wonderful, always take great care of my clothes. Always polite and friendly. Even offered me a free clean after i accidentally poured oil on my clothes the day after i did my dry clean. Highly recommend if you need someone professional and passionate in keeping your clothes clean and spotless.
