Absolutely terrible service. They do not care about people at all. Never get to speak to the same person even when they call you. Had my car towed away to auctions a week early and I had to chase around to find it to get my personal items from the vehicle., Classed as repairable write off with just bumper damage. I wanted to take it to get a second opinion and was told it was probably pulled apart.. Their preferred repairer didn't even touch the car and it was very driveable. I'm sure the assessor dysentery even go out. Dragged out every step of the process except taking my car away. Very upsetting and aggravating experience.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI have faced so much trouble while getting my car repaired,Firstly, i’m chasing up for this all and there is no such a phone call that will tell me and gives me information about the Annie hire car or any other information regarding my car repair. I’m having a lot of trouble from getting the similar car until my car is repaired and I’m going to the complaint department later on the consumer department because I have done my insurance for GLC 300 not for any sedan car and I have not signed any such policy that I will get a sedan car, I’m not dropping off the car until I get the same card or similar car,If you cant provide me similar car , as there is no such policy i have signed that say sedan car, so better see in court, for this, then we can decide which car,I dont want to proceed until i get similar car replacement as i am paying QBE for GLC300 insurance not for sedan car,Kind RegardsBhupinder

This organisation is an absolute disgrace. First of all, they have decided to hike my premium from $766 to over $1200 (approx $500 increase in one year), despite making absolutely NO claims in this time. Secondly, customer service is pathetic. A phone line you can't get through on and email enquiry service with drop boxes that don't work - so you cannot tell if your enquiry has gone through or not.I went with QBE initially because they offered the lowest rate. Clearly this is a strategy to con you into signing up with them, with the full intent of hiking the policy renewal cost into the stratosphere at first opportunity.Don't use this company!!

Terrible experience. Everytime you call you get a different person saying one thing then the next person says something else. They bite off more then they can chew, take on all these clients and don't have anywhere near the staff to sort them all. So you're left sitting there for weeks waiting for someone to A. Be assigned your vehicle and B. Sign it off and send the information to the mechanic. They said they would send me an email to say when they send it off to the mechanic but never did. I had to follow them up every single day just to remind them to do their jobs and to stop being slack.I then got onto them and they said oh yes we had someone sent the information off yesterday afternoon" (being the 28th of March) Then on the 31st of March I called Peter Stevens (my mechanic) and asked when QBE sent it through to them

Full comprehensive insurance for 25 years never a claim. Queries their 70% policy increase their reply Tell someone who cares no reduction go elsewhere" yep exactly what I did moved company and better policy!"

Extremely dissapointing. With them for 2 years, and every time I called, my name, my address, my email address was either spelt incorrect or incorrect. 4 separate attempts to corre t and update, and after being assured every time it had been done, there were more errors when I called back. Never received renewal notice or orrspondence from them, tried calling between there call centre opening hours 9-5 2 days ago, and was on hold for 3.5hours and still didn't get to speak to anyone. Have gone elsewhere, much cheaper, alot better service and alot more competent than this poor excuse for an insurance company.

Premium price, poorest support - great work QBE, 30min hold times just to cancel my current policies and take up a new replacement policy. You just lost another customer, these wait times are hectic especially with the premiums I am paying you.

Shocking customer service, tried contacting them by phone for three days now. Put on hold 30+ miniutes every time. Seriously will be looking for car insurance elsewhere with better customer service....

I have had the worst experience with this insurance company. I highly suggest nobody think about getting any insurance policies out with them. They have made no attempt at contacting me in regard to a claim that was approved and have made multiple attempts to contact them and cannot get through. I am so confused as to why no contact has been made to me? This is an accepted claim. They clearly have the worst management with their claims. I am surprised a business like this is even allowed to operate. The amount of negative reviews this insurance company has speaks for itself. Please do yourself a favour and never sign up to this insurance company.

Trying to have car policy updated, spent the last four days trying to contact QBE on the phone at different times , each time I am told that I am the fifteenth person in the queue. (is that for real?)Would just like to talk to a real person, is that too much to ask?
