Had some pretty good solid experiences here but my last experience was not good. So much so that I don’t think I will be returning.I think the vibe here is it’s like a bunch of friends hanging out together and you as a customer are intruding on that space.

One of highly unprofessional barber in melbourne ever seen. Prices are too high and cut like they just want to get rid of you.

I came to the shop and they where very busy and they where trying there best to cut as fast as they can and all of the haircuts I saw where actually very good and I would highly recommend them you won’t regret it

I reckon for everyone before they start your haircut pay them because of after your haircut they’ll charge you doubleI had a normal haircut which is $25 but they did charge me $45When I did ask them why $45 they told me i had beard cut but the funny thing is I hadn’t beard cutThe guy even didn’t touch my beard

If you’re charging 55$ for a haircut and shave then atleast do a proper job. Hair strands still sticking out, and on top of that the trainee barber didn’t even brush my face at the end so I walked out with hair all over my face. Absolute rip off. Never again. Cheaper and better options around like Markos.

Worst haircut I’ve ever got. The only thing I cared about was not getting it too short but I guess no matter what you want they put your sides to bank balance and leave a birds nest on the top

I’ve taken my two boys (age 4 & 6) to this barber for the last 3 or 4 times. The young men cutting the hair have always been really kind and patient. However, today’s experience was exceptional. I think the guys name was Ferik. Sorry if that is spelled wrong. He was extremely patient. I explained that my youngest has autism and doesn’t like hair falling on him. He went out of his was to get a child’s cover and every time he would cut his hair he would patiently blow it off with the dryer. He also brought my son a squishy toy to keep him distracted. My son has minimal speech and when I walked away to check on my other son, when I returned he said “oh is your sons name Caleb” and I said “yes, did he tell you that”, and he said “yes”. I have never experienced that before, so I can honestly say my son felt so comfortable to speak. Thank you so much to all the staff there for always making this semi stressful chore a lot more palatable. Thank you for your patience and for making my boys and I feel comfortable. On top of everything else they obviously cut hair amazingly well too.I highly recommend to other parents who have children with additional needs and sensory issues.

Makes you wait for 40 minutes, and then have their friends come in and go straight to get a cut. For 1 year i have been calling to ask for booking they say only walk ins. Now their friends come in and get priority.Long waits and 2.5$ surcharge that they tell after the cut if you pay by Card.Dodgy business, stay clear !!

Used to do haircuts here for the last few months. It was okay initially, but for the last 2 times, there was a patch on my hair by accident use of the trimmer. They didn't inform about it to me, nor did any adjustments. I came to know only after reaching home. Really disappointed. Wouldn't go there again.
