I have nothing but praise for John and his team. Having my car assessed, then having it repaired at Ideal Body Works was a hassle-free experience. Very fast, efficient and faultless. The entire process was explained to me, the lines of communication were kept open, and my car was fixed in under half the original estimated time. I am very happy with their work, and would recommend them to everyone.

I had a dent in my bonnet made by a truck a couple days before Xmas so you could imagine my grief, ideal body works were super friendly super accommodating and Dean was really reassuring as it was my first repair, the job it’s self was suprisingly amazing seeing I have a bright yellow car I thought the painting would be difficult but I am super happy thank you so much guys

Ideal Body Works was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional, courteous, polite. My car was repaired quickly and looks like new! A bonus that was gifted to me by the owner was removing old bubbled rear window tint and replacing with brand new tint at no charge to me! Ideal Body Works did that as a kind gesture and surprised me, which I was very grateful for. AMAZING service and would highly recommend. I have never reviewed a business before, but felt compelled this time because they were so wonderful and the icing on the cake of doing the rear window at their expense was simply awesome. Thank you Ideal Body Works!! Five stars all the way.

Joe and his team made my car look brand new, inside and out. Service was quick, friendly and thorough. The repair itself was excellent, as expected, but I was astonished that they cleaned my car so beautifully, even getting about half a beach worth of sand out of the carpets & some mysterious yuck off the leather. Thank you to the lovely team at Ideal. You’ve done a marvellous job!

Did a fantastic job on my beloved car, looked brand new when I collected it. Had a whistling noise when I picked it up, brought it back and all sorted no issues.

***Joe turn bad experience to an excellent ones***We checked in our car mid February and was promised that it should be ready early March... and it was keep getting extended and each time we called to ask for confirmation we received very hostile reply. It got to a point I couldn’t be bothered to call anymore. Finally the car was ready on the third in April. When we collected the car, my husband noticed few scratches and dents on the paint. So the manager asked to bring out car back to their shop on 01.05.19.On 01.05.19 we brought the car back to the shop and again we would not call to check on the progress even though it was already on the day when we had to return the hire car.Today 08.05.19 got a call that the car is ready to be picked up.Didn’t expect much as had bad experiences the first time. However we met another gentleman by the name of JOE. We are so glad that we didn’t have to talk to their previous manager.Joe was very nice and professional, he didn’t rush us to sign the form, went to check on the car with my husband. You can definitely tell that he is the man for the job and loves the job.Would definitely recommend this place for any auto bodyworks job.

Thanks Joe for doing an excellent repair on our car. Booked Ideal through NRMA for an insurance repair and they returned the car looking like new in less than two weeks. Highly recommend Ideal Body Works for smash repairs/panel beating.

29/01/2018Another unfortunate incident warranted a visit to Ideal Body Works last month. As usual their professional approach to my job was outstanding. So much so that Joe, currently managing the business delivered the car to my residence once the repair job was completed.As such, I have no issues in recommending this panel beating business to the others.By the way, my car was delivered on the day it was promised to be delivered.Well done.First incidentMy recent visit to this place was very satisfying. I had a very smooth transaction from the very first visit to the delivery of my vehicle. People I dealt with were very friendly and approachable. They took care of my issues without any incident.
