I wish I could give this place negative stars. I’ve never been so upset with my appearance in my life. I went in with bright blonde hair just wanting my regrowth done and I came out with brown hair. Worse yet. They made me pay $100 and the manager threatened to call security if I didn’t. I have spent 8 years getting my hair to where it is now (a ridiculous amount of money) and they ruined it in one session. Also the entire service was long winded, a child mixed up my ‘toner’ and have left me hating my appearance 1 day before you graduation. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

A pretty girl with a straight face. No customer service no interaction no suggestions. Haircut was pretty normalDid her job, I paid and I left.

Immediately started shaving my hair before I told them what I wanted. Instantly removed all length I wanted to keep.

No one asked me what services I wanted, I was hoping to have treatment done, etc. but I was taken to get my hair washed then taken back to the chair before being asked any questions, so it was already too late to have what I wanted done. Afterwards.I asked the hairstylist for layers but it was basically just a trim, super rushed and about 5 minutes spent to actually cut it. She then blowdried my hair, VERY rushed and carelessly. My hair is naturally wavy so when it’s not blowdried properly it is frizzy and textured, as it was. I didn’t look like I had even had my hair done at all, the whole thing felt very rushed like they wanted to get it over with and go home (my appointment was afternoon). I was holding in tears when she finished and I had to go PAY ANOTHER HAIRDRESSER to fix my hair that afternoon. I went to PA Indooroopilly, they did a much better job, spend much more time and effort re-blow drying my hair properly, then cut it again and added the layers I wanted initially. I showed the second stylist the same reference photo and she could tell exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, did a much much better job. Everything from the attitude of the hairdressers to the actual result was much better at PA and I definitely would not go back to S+S. I since have found friends of mine had similar negative experiences at S+S

Got a haircut and asked for simple layers and curtain bangs, required two people to be able to do it cuz one didn't know how to do layers, constantly questioned me when I asked for hair cut shorter. Wanted curtain bangs up to my nose something that's completely normal but they made it all choppy not blended at all looks hideous when I put it into a ponytail. Absolutely no layering been able to be seen very choppy hair at the bottom of my hair, your easily able to see every little cut. Going to a different hair dresser to be able to get it all fixed.

Terrible service really upset with my hairdresser attitude. I did email regarding my feedback and got no response at all.

I went in for a trim and explained that I wanted a decent amount cut, some layers etc but walked out with my hair looking the same as it was before but just curled. Not sure if it was because it was the afternoon so maybe they were tired but I will not go back

This is my first time having my hair foiled at S+S Hair.Beauty Indooroopilly. Feeling anxious as you never know who you get & how it will turn out. As soon as Crystal introduce herself to me & started working on my hair, I felt so relieved & happy as she is so experienced & very professional. I am very satisfied with my hair colour & the service provided by her & her team! Thank you all from serving me tea, foils & hair massage, I am certainly coming back.

Awful experience. They have no skill at all in cutting curly hair. Went in asking for a TRIM of my daughters waist length hair. She got her hair cut to her shoulders. How does a qualified hairdresser stuff up by about a foot of length? They then did a blow dry of her curly hair and she was left with a fluff ball. No skill at all in curly hair or following simple requests. Awful.
