I've done a few martial arts in the past but there's nothing quite like Capoeira. I love that it is not just a martial art with fighting and take downs but we also do music, singing, language (Portuguese), gymnastics, dance and so much more. I've got my kids doing Capoeira as well and it's all they talk about. This is a great school with experienced and professional instructors and many long term students which I think is a good indicator of a great martial arts school. It is wonderful to be part of such a vibrant community.

To be honest I was just looking to copy Eddy Gordo from Tekken but I’ve ended up with an obsession with Capoeira. I was worried when I first started that people would laugh but you soon realise how supportive everyone is of each other and it really does make you feel at home!!

Abadá Capoeira is a very special art, rich with history and tradition. Capoeira is great for fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, agility and rhythm. I love being part of this community and can reccomend Abadá to anyone!

Love this. Seriously changed my life. Love the sense of community, the many different people involved. Amazing physical workout, challenging, yet fit for many different levels. Learning the art, form and music, it is definately something you should try.
