Amazing Scan

PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE PROCEEDING!!!I can see quite a lot of people had the same experience as me.I arrived on time to my appointment and waited 15-20 mins, he squeezed 2 people in that time before me, then rushed my scan, got placenta placement and gender wrong (after following up on 20 week scan) and only takes cash in hand and says his eftpos machine is down. He then didn’t send a report to my GP and I had to chaise this up!I then emailed to ask why he made all the mistakes and he doesn’t respond!This was a total waste of money and I wish I had have just stayed with previous sonographer. Big mistake! Do not go to this guy!

Went in for a gender scan at 13 weeks, Isaac was great! Spoke us through everything we were looking at, was extremely compassionate and professional.Will 100% be back later on this pregnancy for some more beautiful pictures.

Had my early gender scan at 13 weeks with Isaac. Was an amazing experience and shown bubs was a boy.Today had a 30 week scan done and the quality was amazing. Got the most beautiful photos of our little boy. Isaac really is a great sonographer and will do everything he can to get the best photos.Highly recommend and definitely worth the money!

Today I went in for a reassurance scan and advised I do not want to find out the gender. I also told him my partner already knows the gender. I was told to cover my eyes when the gender is seen which was good. Mind you I only asked for the reassurance scan not gender package. He did reassure me that baby was fine. But where this place lost stars from me is because I came home to look at the photos and there written on one of the photos in big writing was 'BOY'. I did not want to find out this way. I had to CANCEL my planned gender reveal for next week because I was devastated losing that special moment I was planning on my first pregnancy. I wanted to do all the special moments. Though I'm over the moon knowing what I'm having, I would have thought it this industry being careful about sharing that info. Some dont want to know til birth. It can be quite shattering having that special suprise you envisioned vanish.Since advising what had happened to me, I had just received a text advising that I was advised the gender was labelled on the USB and that my partner would confirm this. This is incorrect. I didnt need his advise on gender that's not what I came in for so to excuse this by saying he labelled it so that we can be certain of it but this was never necessary as we had the NIPT and 12 week scan done and my doctor was holding the gender secret for me, so this does not excuse it. I would have just appreciated an apology atleast even though won't fix it. But instead I was accused of not listening as per the response below from the owner. But based on this and past reviews he doesn't take well to criticism and blames each and every customer. All I suggest for better business is to work on these processes better.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting a scan done! Isaac is an incredible Sonographer, he was extremely informative and went above and beyond to make it well worth the money spent. Highly recommend getting your 5D and any other scans done with him!

They change the date timely and even ask to change the location as well. They don't care about the clients easiness and message you time and again to change the location which is very stressful. They even send your report very late to the GP and have to call them again and again for the report which is even more stressful.
