I would highly recommend this business. Customer service second to none. Phil explained to me in detail the service and the parts my bike needed. Picked the bike up 3 days after dropping it off with a slight delay waiting for a part to come from Sydney. Looked like a new bike. 110% satisfied.

I bought a brand new bike from these guys (next year's model) and admittedly, it had a couple issues that may or may not have been out of the shop's control. But I took it back in, after having ridden the bike twice, and had them look at it to make sure I wasn't damaging anything if I were to continue riding. I then left the bike with them to get the issues addressed. It was there for just under two weeks after encountering some rather frustrating complications, which was fairly dissappointing; But after the set backs I was well looked after with good communication and friendly service over the phone, as well as all of my complaints to do with the bike being resolved to the best of their abilities. The guys are more than happy to work with you and try and resolve any issues, as oppose to a lot of other shops that would just fix" it and send you on your way. I have been a loyal customer to a few bike shops around Ballarat and I can garuntee that such a good level of service

Matt & the guys from Cyclescape do a great job with servicing, sales and general assistance, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Perfect location in the centre of town and always a good place to go for a chat. Keep up the great work cheers.
