Great service, good location and nice accommodation. We dealt with 2 receptionists and crossed paths with 3 cleaners and all were so lovely, welcoming and friendly. Service could not have been better.

Location of the hotel is perfect! So close to everything, shopping centre, chemists, restaurants etc. Room is very nice and a good size, beds are nice and big too.

Very clean rooms, no wifi service available in the rooms, staff didn't seem to care. They just stated that was not there problem. They would make a call but still nothing in the morning, difficult to do work on line with not wifi.

Way overpriced i would say its more a 3 star hotel than apartment. Better off staying in a highway motel than this place at least you get what you pay for.

Conveniently located in the heart of Mackay CBD. Clean comfortable rooms. Rooms were quiet and well insulated from outside street noise so was able to get a good night's sleep. Small kitchenette in room. Security parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Extremely neat and tidy room. The cleanest hotel room I have been in for a while. Very quiet. Checkin easy and staff member very helpful
