Macarthur Veterinary Group - Gregory Hills

I'm very happy with service at Gregory hills clinic.My favorite dog ended life up there.Natalie and staff were very sympathetic and gentle, respecting my pain.Giving opinion in most delicate way.I recommended to my friend and she was happy as well.Now I have new puppy and of course I will use Macquarter Vet group.

I boarded my cat Teddy with the teamAt Macarthur Vet for 4 days in September. Very happy with the service provided. My little guy came back happy

My first visit to Macarthur Vet Group at Gregory Hills was terrific.Their level of Customer service goes above & beyond in many ways.It's reassuring knowing our pets are in the right hands.I think their puppy preschool program is a fantastic way of socialising our new puppies, teaching us the does & don’ts & basic commands to help control our dogs In the future.I would not hesitate in referring anyone to Macarthur Vet Group.

We decided to take our puppy here as my parents have always used Macarthur vet. So happy with the decision. Our first visit they were very helpful and provided us with so much information. Also did a great deal with her needles,worming tablets etc. I also called them on another ocassion and they were very helpful over the phone. They are our forever vets now.

That was my first time visiting this vet hospital, and I decided I wouldn't go to any other vet hospitals in the future.Staff there are very friendly and helpful, they trade pets as families and they think of the clinic not just money. I've been to several vet hospitals, they asked to pay for a lot of tests on cat diarrhoea and finally just gave probiotic to treat.Dr Peter gave us pretty much professional advice, he gave my cat a very detailed physical examination, and helped me out with my budget, because I already spent $1500 in the last vet hospital. My cat obviously turned better just few hours later after we got home.Thanks Peter and all staff in Macarthur Veterinary Group Gregory Hills.Strongly recommend, they deserve 5 stars.

have just started going to this vet after looking for a second opinion.went as a walk in and finding out they are appointment only they had no issues on booking me in to be seen after hearing my concerns.they picked up on very important health issues that my old vet did not. they are so thorough with everything they do and will gladly explain what's going on and what things mean while being %100 percent transparent with their prices.not to mention everyone ive met there so far are extremely helpful and cheerful. could not recommend them enoughleo doesnt like vets but maybe you guys will change that in the long run thank you.

My 12 year old Labrador, Banjo and 8 year old cat, Lynxx have been patients here for many years with Banjo receiving regular arthritis treatments as well as having had cancerous mast cell lumps removed twice. Banjo's regular followup lump assessments have always been done with extreme thoroughness putting my mind well at ease that if cancer was to return it would be picked up immediately.Lynxx has been treated for kidney and heart issues and has just completed a 4 month extended stay in Macarthur Vet Gregory Hills cat boarding facilities during our move to Perth.What can I say! The care Lynxx received during his long stay was nothing short of amazing!! Lynxx is a very scared and frightful cat in these situations, however the Nurses were so considerate of this and showered him in lots of love and affection to help him settle into his new surroundings during a really stressful event for him. I was able to call the Vet any time I liked to check up on him, and the nurses were always so lovely to chat with when filling me in on how he was going.Thank you so much to the incredible Vet Nurses at MVG Gregory Hills for the 4 months of love, care and attentiveness you showed Lynxx during his stay, you truly went above and beyond to always make him feel comfortable and happy, and he really couldn't have been in any better hands!We are so sad that we cannot continue our pets Veterinary care at MVG Gregory Hills as we have relocated to Perth, finding a new Vet practice that looked after our pets so well is definitely going to be a challenge.Thank you so much to all the Vets and Nurses for your many years of care to our fur babies, we can't thank you enough!!Here are photos of Banjo & Lynxx looking quite comfortable and happy as they settle into their new home! :-)

My dog had received around 7-8 deep cuts on her front legs. Arriving right on the stroke of 6pm, Peter Harris and his team didn’t hesitate to help my little girl.Professional, care more about the pet than they do about the money.Couldn’t recommend anyone else over this team!

First time here today very informative helped my pup straight away with her problems this will be our new vet highly recommended
