Always fantastic service at the Browns Plains store, everytime I go in the staff are friendly and have gone out of their way to help with what I need.

Was in the market for a Bluetooth to FM transmitter. Excellent customer service! Instead of trying to upswell me the most expensive one, he told me the cheaper one works perfectly for music just has a bad mic for calls. This honesty and service has guaranteed my business with Jay car.

I was after a connector that their website stated they had.. got to the store.. they only sell 6 pin.. yeah bunch of ridiculous people.. I'm done with jaycar.

They have some cool stuff but the customer service is almost no existent, they don't even try to help

Well all I can say is that Tim the sales assistant Was extremely rude And basically told me that any tools Are sold with the view that they may not work and if that's the case then no refund or swaps for store credit is available I would keep that in mind if your going to bye anything from them , its a shame. they brag about being an Aussie company but treat thier customers like poo I found Tim to be rude and arrogant I won't be buying anything from them again and well gladly tell my friends, customers and family I dont recommend them at all. JAYCAR when your broke and have to close the doors this will be one of the main reasons you've got yourself to blame for dissatisfied customers.

I went in today looking for a lead, after not being able to get one anywhere else. The staff were great & helped me straight away.Thanks guys

Advised they would price match an item if i found one cheaper, and could prove it. BUT upon returning to the store with the lower price and exact match product that was in stock.Instead of walking out with my price matched item, I was just given excuse after excuse on why they can't match the price". Not one of their excuses were outlined on the sign's clearly displayed around the store. Everything that was outlined in their terms were met.Poor form jaycar!"

We were there today and was disgusted by the rudeness of all staff members. If this is customer service then you are in the wrong job. The male staff member was a disgusting example of customer service . We will not return to that store as going by other reviews this has been allowed to continue. If I could give them minus stars I would. They deserve all the reviews given as they are the rudest people I have ever come across in the retail sector.
