Can’t do a thing with my hair since it was cut the stylist kept telling me people our age when clearly l am at least ten years younger and when l booked l asked for a price and came out paying over twice the price quoted. Won’t be back may as well have cut my own hair

I was soo very happy with my experience with Zoe tonight. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable & skilled. She had to cope with a previous unfortunate cut & colour & I was so impressed with her dedication, empathy & respect. Nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to ensure everything was to my liking & it certainly was! I will definitely be returning. Thanks so much Zoe.

Great friendly staff and always happy with the service

This guy is loaded. Why? He is an absolute rip off. Takes advantage of his apprentices, doesn’t pay them what they are entitled to be paid, makes them pay for things that have been broken that they didn’t break, accuses them of stealing products when his full timers can’t count stock properly and yells at them in front of customers. He only seems to hire women who he treats improperly.

Had been a regular for over 3years prior to Covid19 closure. My regular hairdresser has left so it waa a difficult decision to return, but given it was a cozy and welcoming place and knowing how much local businesses are suffering went back to whoever was available, only to have the worst experience ever. Was serviced by Jade, who was running late by over half an hour and either a rude person or not having a good day and ensuring my hair paid for it. Her first comment wasDidn't I think my hair was too long

Convient location, depressing decor, freezing cold in winter, quite expensive and totally unpredictable outcome even when you ask for the same thing each time. Saw Shelby for 1 year and loved every haircut since then mixed results. Just had the worst hair experience ever - the shampoo actually hurt the cut is so bad it has completely ruined my hairstyle. Not the first time I have had a bad experience here (I have tried 4 different hairdressers here) but this is absolutely the last!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! CHEAP AND NASTY! See how photo of how they coloured my hair AND charged me $125! Owner of Cemon's so unprofessional! Ruined my colour twice in 3 months, first time it was fixed for free. Second time, the colourist told me she would give me a refund in her opinion but the owner - refusing! The hairdresser even advised me to go and get 'colour spray from the pharmacy' to fix her mess until I 'decided what I wanted to do'. The cut was terrible, one side was 1.5cm longer than the other! Poorly managed salon and clearly more training is required! If I could give 0 stars, I would! DO NOT GO HERE!
