So impressed with the service and staff at MyCar Templestowe. Sam and his team were exceptional from when I drove in with a punture (repaired in 15min) to advising me on my tyre needs.I returned today to have 2 new tyres fitted and it was done within the hr.My only disappointment was to learn that today was Sam's last day. Which is a shame as he instilled confidence in me of being a genuine and honest mechanic.Great honest customer service experience.

I am extremely angered and disappointed with MyCar! I got my car serviced and apparently there were lots of problems… I ended up spending a lot for my service but they wanted to add an extra 800$ for the other parts which I declined! So today I went to my good buddy’s and they said that my car didn’t need that specific part and that they were basically trying to scam me! Will not be coming back and if you are reading be warned!

I recently had a punctured tire from running over a nail, but thankfully I found a professional tire repair service that quickly fixed the issue. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, and they fixed my tire right away, which definitely saved my day. Overall, I had a great experience with this tire repair service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality and efficient tire repair. Thanks Sam

Aaron (normally @ myCar Blackburn) was an absolute godsend! He turned my repairs around in a day, honoured the warranty of previous repairs, communicated honestly and clearly and he reassured me and made me feel safe in my vehicle.

My car's front indicator fuse was blown, and Mycar Templestowe replaced it so fast! They are so quick and efficient as well as very considerate. Not the first, though. Their help last year with tyre puncture was very cost-effective. Thank you, Sam and Brian.

Sadly - our flat tyre had to be replaced. The Templestowe team identified the correct tyre and offered a generous discount on the spot saving us having to shop around. The new tyre was ordered and fitted within 15 of its arrival when we got our text letting us know it was ready to go.

Today after travelling home from Philip Island, l was told l had a flat rear tyre. My Car, was recommended to me, there was a screw in the tyre. l could not be more appreciative for the quick repair, friendly service and kindness, thank you.Aileen Brennan

Made a booking. Told them make and model. Show up only to be told that the can’t do that model wheel alignment. I didn’t think it would have been that hard to advise that prior the booking. Or simply put the car up set the toe to zero +\~ 1mm everything was loose as all steering joints had been replaced. Collect ur $85 for 20mins work and save me the trouble of going to a different store next week.

There is screw in my car tyre and it’s almost flat when I left home this morning, I wanna cry since it’s very stressful and worrying to deal with when you are taking a toddler.Luckily Sam is referred by one of my friends’ friend, and it’s very close to my place then I drove straight to the store, Sam and his colleague helped to fix in just 15 minutes, very professional and patient,really helped me out! If there is a 7 star I would definitely give! Thanks again! Will absolutely return if I have car issues to repair in the future.

This could and should be a 5 star rating but I have to rate down because I have just had enough of the revolving door this place has with its key staff - that is store manager. I have been coming here for 12 years, taking a family fleet of 8 vehicles for regular service and repairs.The reason I stayed going here back when it was Kmart Tyre and Auto was because it was local and I though I’d give it a go after being ripped off and let down with poor workmanship by other mechanics in the local area.The thing that got me back then was they way I was able to build a relationship and trust with the store manager at the time.’this kept me coming back.But, what has been happening is that since then, the store manager has changed about 8 times! That’s about one new manager every 18 months on average.It got even worse when MyCar took over.The store managers keep leaving because they are totally over worked and just can’t cope. I know this because they tell me.In a way I’m glad they leave, because if the wrong person is on the role and stays under that pressure, it puts the quality of work on your vehicle at tremendous risk.I am now looking to move my vehicle care to another mechanic. I used to like getting the Flybuys points, but trust, quality are way more important to me.Such a shame really.I blame management totally. The staff there have all been fantastic!
