Our cockapoo went for a full groom. Dog came back, nails weren't done and ear fur was not trimmed well as spoken before. I will find another groomer.I had to nail grind dog's nails myself with services I paid. Trimmed my dog's face as well and her ear fur because of missed spots. Fur full clip was not the greatest I have seen with Best Friends, so many missed spots and uneven trimming in the grooming. Dog wasn't even washed properly, muzzle and eye fur were still stiff.I have used Best Friends before but now they are bought by Pet Stock.

Ivey Tuppence with Dr Enya on her first appointment. We love Dr Enya and the Vet Nurses they are just fantastic.They are so kind,loving full of knowledge and we highly value them.They have taken very good care of us for years.

Callum you are a super star in customer service. Walking into the store hoping I could wash my dog. Finding out there was no self washing. Callum offered to wash Chloe for me. Chloe looked and smelt amazing. Callum showed us the products he used, helped us size up a new harness, assisted with heart and worm and dog food. From a simple kind gesture resulted in a sale over $409. Customer service truly is lacking around the coast but your team certainly deserve a big congratulations!! Chloe said thank you too. I use the Vet and the shop at Best Friends Kawana and am happy to recommend both to anyone. All the staff treat my dog well and nothing is to much trouble for them.

We took our 2 dogs for a nail trim. The groomer had fogotten our appointment so it took a while to find her and get going.They had no treats for them at the end of the groom (one is anxious) even though we had asked, it would have good so that they are not as worried next time

Fantastic service when adopting my baby boy guinea pig. The lovely young lady answered all my questions with her wealth of knowledge, gave me her recommendations for food, bedding, carriers ect. Great service, I highly recommend this store!

Hard working managers and owners. So much change, the pet stores seem to becoming ONE. Nothing wrong with that. I just feel price fixing or honouring is not a practice. All are created Equal!
