If you are looking for a shipping company that is reliable, honorable, provides excellent service - Conan Cargo is NOT what you're looking for. 2 delays in arrival with no advice from Conan Cargo. Only advised after I had to chase them up. No explanation as to why there was a delay (arrival date changed twice)This delay has been devastating for our family during Xmas time and what was needed for our trip will now be arriving after we leave - wont even be present upon arrival. Best to pay a bit extra and go with a company that is more reputable.

1 Star for communication! Can you kindly get in contact with my father David Tawhiti in which it pertains to his shipment. We have attempted to contact you Romana since we last spoke (November), stating shipment is delayed due to customs documentation, since then no communication and not returning calls/emails. You have by COB (close of business) Wednesday 15th march 2023 to communicate, then you will be hearing from our legal team.

Absolutely toxic almost criminal company. have shipment that contains sentimental value that still hasn’t been cleared or received since September 2022. Feel sorry for any Whanau that has experienced the same through this pathetic and heartless company. We will keep trying February 2023
