Thank you for your professional and courtious manner in dealing with the damaged tree and cables in front of our house in Worongary. It was nice to finally have all the waste removed especially when another company/contractor started the job a week ago and only completed half of it. Thank you.

Extremely rude and have no respect to people. Never cleaned the place after finish the job. Never give out proper notice for a dusty and noisy job. left a mess in front of shops and residential buildings and laughed about the place has been messed up in front of people. When reach to the office, the only answer you can get is ‘ the boss is currently in a meeting and the job would be done anyway after he finishes from the meeting. This is a job request by Gold Coast City Counsil. We are not responsible of giving out any notice. There is nothing I can do for you.’ Not a single apologize. Gold Coast City Counsil and whoever the boss is in the meeting today, if you see this review. Pls address this issue because this supposed to be doing good things for Gold Coast residents. Everyone understands and appreciate this yearly trimming, but shall not have such disrespectful behaviors occur.

Sharing as this employee did damage to my car!!!! WARNING ALMOST KILLED BY EMPLOYEE IN ROAD RAGE INCIDENT, CALLED UP TO COMPLAIN NUMBER WAS BLOCKED, THIS COMPANY IS ABUSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND THE RECEPTIONIST SHARON HUNG UP AND BLOCKED ME WHEN I CALLED.Employee working at Loganholme almost killed me in a Powerclear Hilux he literally didnt like the fact I overtook him, so he decided to get beside me and try run me off the road, when that didn’t work he followed me until we hit a set of lights then proceeded to get out of his car to bash me its only when I started filming and dialing 000 that he backed off. When I called Sharon at the head office in Burleigh heads to complain, she hung up on me and blocked my number. I will be taking action against this and the company if this isn’t resolved.
