Overall, poor communication, rude staff and inconvenient.Delivery driver was rude and unhelpful. Parked in my neighbour's driveway, climbed up into our front garden and then proceeded to tell me reasons why he can't deliver the gas. All reasons that were incorrect. The company did not contact me regarding the issue I had to chase up it up.  Then over a week later I received my refund in a check rather than refunded into my account. Their final reason was because we had stairs despite me having told customer service exactly how many stairs I had before proceeding with the order and they need to hook up the gas to the house and cant leave it for me to do. (Driver couldnt find the right house but obviously is more qualified than a plumber/gasfitter to hook up a gas bottle)

Prompt, polite, efficient both on phone and delivery in-person

Elga make it extremely easy to reorder gas bottles online. They have reliable and fast delivery. I would recommend Elgas to the general community for all domestic gas supply needs. Well done Elgas.
