Cutie Nails

She used the nail drill to remove the shine from my nails which upon removal showed how she had drilled a nasty amount of nail layer off.I've had to give my nails time to grow out the damage as they were paper thin and despite my camera trying to correct the colour they were showing red through the nail on most of them. No pain just damaged :(Have taken to doing my own now as I just can't trust salon rush jobs anymore.

First time going to this salon. Never again !! Went there for SNS, they soaked my nails but I didn't get to wash my hands afterwards ...my skin felt yucky and all dry from the acetone. They drilled for longer than other salons do which I thought was weird. Normally I love getting my nails done, for some reason I wasn't having a good experience at this place... now I know why. As I was asking if they took Visa (no, cash only) I thought to ask how much for SNS refill.. when she said $65 I almost fainted ! My usual salon charges $50 ...I should have told them but I didn't want to be criticised about it. I didn't feel like driving to Wendouree today plus I went here instead thinking I'd try somewhere different. My nails are so sore from the drilling ! I'll be going to my usual salon from now on. I definitely wouldn't recommend here at all. I recommend Charms Spa" in Wendouree at least they're friendly

Do not go to these guys, had heard the horror stories but had a job interview so had to use these guys, got charged $75 for a full set of actylic nails, price at business clearly states $55, no choice but to pay the $$$ absolute rip off and dodgy business practice

I went in to get a half leg wax. The lady who did it was very rude and was very rough. she had no gloves on.The only time she used her manners when I went to pay never going back again

I regularly get my nails done and today I went to Cutie Nails for toe shellac only. I was not given a price even though I said to the girl, my partner needs to get cash out so how much is it. She just told me to sit down and ignored me. They aren't even done that good but afterwards I was told it was $45. I have never paid this much in my life and told them so. My partner had to take more cash out because they only accept cash. The rude lady simply said, we are different. Yes you are! You are expensive and unprofessional. I feel completely ripped off. Makes sense why there were no customers there when I arrived. People have worked you out! Scam artists!

We just moved to Ballarat earlier this month and I originally had my nails done there a few weeks ago and was about to get them redone last Saturday, when one of my nails ripped off in the car handle when opening the door and there was quite a deep wound, as the finger split wide open. So I waited an hour for it to stop throbbing and bleeding. When I told them they showed no concern and seemed to be imply that this was my fault, as the SNS is attached to my nail. Then they told me I had to put my finger in the solution to remove the SNS or they couldn't remove the SNS, which really stung! And they were very agitated as they said they were about to close in half an hour and that I needed to remember when they close next time, so they were rushing to get my nails done and eyebrows, as they said they had to get back to Melbourne. But their hours on Google are incorrect, which is why I thought I had more time.

I went here and got gel polish and she only put 2 layers on. then when I went to pay they said they were cash only so I had to leave my license there and go get cash from woolies but it didn't work so I came back and then I had to bank transfer them. Vey bad do not go here

My wife went here and the one who was doing, was the worst skilled person and they overcharged, what they have done.Highly not recommended.

I got home from getting my nails done and noticed my thumb was hurting quite a bit. At first I thought they had just clipped my cuticle but at closer inspection they had actually poked a little hole through my nail with the electric drill. The nails look nice and the workers were nice. Just hoping I don’t get an infection
