I have used Jacqui at Smile Media to put together templates for my Photography business - Brookleigh Photography. I needed gift certificates, templates for testimonials and much more. Her attention to detail was brilliant, and she made sure to send me a questionnaire and to find out exactly what I was after with design. I loved the samples that she sent me, and had very little that needed altering, as she put so much effort into the initial consultation process to learn about my likes/dislikes. I am so impressed with how well she captured my vision, and I was a bit lost and overwhelmed at the start of the process but she was so compassionate and friendly that I felt very at ease and that helped me to open up. Jacqui not only produced a very uniquely creative business card that I love, she also provided me with my artwork in several different formats so I could use without further cost to me. She still continues to provide personalised support and always goes above and beyond. I feel lucky to have found her.
