Very happy with the service after needing treatment for gum disease. They are supportive and after a few visits I am happy to say I am in a better position with my gums. I was given the confidence that it can be treated to maintain my gum health.

Excellent service, Dr Henry Chen was reassuring, gentle,& very professional .My treatment and possible cost were explained . Very confident in Henry’s ability & highly recommend. Cassie is also a bonus to the clinic, always helpful & a great receptionist

Never had any issues with my teeth, went for a general clean and was advised I need to have a filling replaced. Had the filling done by one of the dentists (mind you, the dental assistant seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, must have been her first day!), and the tooth could not stop hurting for few weeks afterwards.Went back to get it checked by a different dentist at the same place, apparently previous dentist didn't completely remove the old filling! Fixes were done, yet I got charged again for the same service.It's been couple months now, the tooth starts hurting again, I bet the filling was done incorrectly to start with and now who knows what I'll need to get done to it.I will never ever go back to this place again. Avoid at all costs unless you want to mess up your teeth and get charged multiple times for their mistakes.Update: your response that you can't find me in your database" just further proves my point - how can you even find me if you don't know my last name? As I said

I took my daughter to pacific dental yesterday for check up and put coating on her new adult tooth’s and when we came home she started complaining about gum pain n blood after inspecting her mouth I saw a big cut in her gum due to the procedure. It shouldn’t have happened at all. My daughter slept in pain n wasn’t able to eat anything. I’m so annoyed. Christmas spoiled for us.

I am appalled in their lack of care. I had work two years ago and they will not extend themselves to accommodate Medipay. I offered to provide documents and further information but they closed the door on me. It was a blank NO WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT HERE. No empathy towards a past client shown.

After receiving bad experiences at other local Dentists, I booked in with Dr Ruchi and now I am in good hands. Dr Ruchi is an expert in her field and cares about the results her clients get. She is also gentle if you are not a fan of being in the chair. I feel great knowing she is taking care of me now. Thanks Dr R!

Had a cracked tooth which had to be removed. My first appointment with Dr. Chen, he did a good job. The process was painless

Visited for the first time a week ago, after my husband came to Pacific Dental, and recommended. Very nice doctor, did a X-ray, and cleaned my teeth with ultrasound. The doctor explained what needs to be done, and today I am back. Prices are affordable. Happy we found it.
