Richard and the team at F&D Morley did a great job with our ducted air con installation. I cannot fault them at all and was extremely happy with the whole process. We managed to get our system installed a lot quicker than we expected and all the installers on the day were on time, efficient and very professional. They even followed-up post install to ensure we were happy with the system and the installation. I can not recommend Richard and his team high enough !!

Richie and his team were fantastic! Richie made sure he understood exactly what we were after before offering up his advice and recommendations. The level of professionalism throughout the process was second to none and it was clear they had our best interests at heart. To come home to a brand new fully-functioning air conditioner was an absolute joy. Five star service and a super happy customer - what more could you ask for?

Ryan and the team at Ford and Doonan Morley worked wonders by removing my old evaporative aircon unit and replacing it with a brand new, shiny ducted Daikin system. Could not be happier with the service all the way through the process from the sales consultation, scoping, quoting, and installation. Followed very promptly by a couple of follow ups to make sure I was comfortable with the service and the system. Can only give 5 stars, but would give more if I could. Strongly recommend Ryan and the team at Ford and Doonan Morley - you won't be disappointed.

We just had our new ducted air conditioning system installed and the old evaporative system removed by Ford and Doonan Morley. It's been a very easy process since day one. Richard, our consultant, was very knowledgeable without being pushy, guided us through the different options and suggested the right system for us. Right on time the day of the installation, the F&D teams not only installed the system, they did it taking great care of our house. What to say... thanks F&D Morley!

Great experience with F&D Morley from Richard and the team with the replacement of our ducted system in mid-December. Very professional and friendly, and knowledgeable. From the pre-install visit from Richard & Carl, to Shane and the crew on the day, everyone was friendly and efficient. If we hadn't been around on the day, the shiny new outdoor unit was the only evidence left - the place was spotless. Great job, would highly recommend.

I don't often write reviews as service needs to be exceptional to stand out for me. However dealing with Carl & his team has been an absolute pleasure. His promptness, reliability and Client relations have excelled in all aspects from initial contact through to after sales follow up. I used Ford & Doonan Morley when I built my house 5 years ago. The level of service and quality of workmanship was far better then my expectations. The after sales service has been tremendous. I recently purchased an investment property without air conditioning and didn't even consider using anyone else. I rang Richard on a Saturday morning, he met me on site on Monday morning, and the entire system was installed Friday that same week. Absolutely unbelievable service.I met the installers to let them in and had to wait for another appointment whilst there. They were extremely friendly and very thorough with their quality. They placed drop sheets everywhere, and didn't make any mess at all. When I went back at the end of the day, it was like no-one had been there. Left very clean.I will absolutely use them again, in fact, I won't even bother calling anyone else, and I have been (and will continue to) recommend them to everyone I know.Great job Ford & Doonan Morley, keep up the brilliant work.

F&D Morley recently installed a fully ducted reverse cycle AC system to our home. They did an excellent job from start to finish - listening to our custom needs, sizing and designing the system, a quality job with the install, and following up to make sure we were satisfied.
