Poor customer service and (poor quality items) from Gerwin. He replaced the control board ($451) on my automatic gate in June only for it to need replacing again in November. He informed me it wasn’t under warranty as the warranty was only for 1 month. He replaced the control board AGAIN ($360) only for it break down again in February 2019. Again, he informs it’s not under warranty. Who gives 30 day warranties on new items? So, I’ve paid $800 to have the control board on the auto gate repaired twice in 8 months only for it to require a THIRD replacement! Steer clear of Gerwin and Lynx if you want quality parts and decent customer service. He’s only interested in himself, not the customer.
