There is no absolute regard to how many people stand in the Q at the pay assist counters.. Face to fave interactions is not something Coles have any regard to since covid as they realized that they can get their staff to shelf products as well as help at the C&C and clean up for when an accident happen.That’s why their shelves are half empty and when it’s full it’s just unorganised and un appealing unlike Woolies.Honestly, even the people their are sadly always looking depressed and unhappy.Put more people for face to face interactions for god sake and it’s ok if they can chill and talk to each ither while waiting for a customer like Woolies does and you will see that they will get better at showing tgeir happy selves again.May be pay them more.And finally care about your customers!

A relatively large Coles, annoying to get to from the carpark. The man at the self-service checkout was the friendliest person wishing everyone a good night. He was great!

Yellow ticket said 10% off. For prawn plate small. But when check out. They said its original price. Don't look at that yellow ticket... That's was NOT busy at all. WHAT THE FXXX!!! Beware the staff are dishonest! ! Cheating!!!! Rude to the customer..

Convenient local store with ample undercover parking, great product range, and friendly staff. They also have a great range of ready to eat meals, sushi, and sandwiches.

Easy convenient parking. The only downside is that it really needs a lift because parking is on the underground floor, and there's a long way to the ramp that goes down. So, not older people friendly. But good supermarket not very busy.

Tonight Tuesday the 9th of AprilThis is the photo I took from the bread shelfEMPTYbehind the gray plastic door where they keep the items ready to put in the floor stack of breadsAsked the guy who was on the floor for filling the shelves ( head guy for night fill) if he brings any bread out tonightLooked me in the eye said NO MORE BREAD, laghed and went to through the gray doorI was waiting to see if he comes out to say oh we have breads loads maybe I can get what u need"No he did notI am on special diet cant have many choicesUnacceptable specially when the product is on the floor ready for shelvesSHAME ON YOU COLES CHIPPING NORTON"

Coles corporate need to overhaul their customer service and fresh food quality.This store continues to fail in providing decent options in their fresh food section, mouldy fruit soppy salad bags.Never enough staff to man their checkout counters - forcing customers to check out full trolleys of groceries.Store managers never around when needed.Do better Coles!!

Understaffed, understocked as usual. Now do my shopping at Woolworths. Good for grabbing something quick on the way home maybe, no good for a big weekly shop. Seems head office don't care much these days, don't blame the workers there at all. They're doing their best.
