Had the worst service by Nick everyone knows mouth pain is the worst I had a appointment here on a late Friday afternoon I was in absolutely agony nick informed me I needed a tooth removed it was my wisdom tooth which had a hole in it, instead of removing my tooth he sent me away with antibiotics which did not help if anything I got worse over the weekend and had to find a new dental clinic which informed me my tooth should of been pulled straight awayHis service was absolutely horrible I do not recommend getting any service from Nick he has no compassion for your health and well-being

Not Recommend!Booked a appointment for my little one couple months ago then end up get told there is no appointment for us, it’s very disappointing! We are waiting for two months for nothing, receptionist didn’t even do their job，so hopeless, I got my friend referred to this place but seems like is a really bad place to go!

I recently visited this practice for the first time with a severe toothache. The whole team were so kind and understanding. The dentist and assistant were lovely. Very thorough in their explanation of what was happening, caring of my pain management and worked quickly.

Dr Jackie is amazing! I accidentally broke my molar on a hidden marinated feta peppercorn and she kindly stayed back late to squeeze me in. She rebuilt it super quickly and it looks better than before, I can’t thank Jackie enough.

Never thought I would say this - but what a pleasant experience going to the dentist was today. The process was seamless and the service provided was the best I have encountered at a dental clinic. Booking an appointment, call back in response to email, and a call when a cancellation occurred to check availability, with a friendly Kate on the end of the line help the whole process. It really was the little things that made a huge difference, for example, being given a quick quote on expected costs; explanation of the xray results, while actually showing me the xray; explaining what I was doing right with my oral health care and where I could improve. Additionally, they were gentle and considerate. I kept waiting for the moment of pain from pressure on the jaw or lip, you know the one where neither the dentist or the assistant are concerned about where they rest their hand or instruments, but this never came. Jess kept me informed of what she was doing and why. Not to mention the TV on the roof, the bright coloured rooms, and an overall lovely vibe. I am so grateful I found this practice! I highly recommend them and my whole family will be switching dental practices.

Dr.Tran is so thorough in her work. The front office staff literally treats you like family, they will check up on you try to find the most reasonably priced and effective treatment for you. Also think that she is well updated with dental technology, she used a lot of small devices and things I have never seen previous dentist use. She focuses on not just fixing your teeth but helping you pinpoint and change the things within your lifestyle that will prolong the lifespan of your teeth. Very very highly recommended and

Fantastic! I will definitely be coming back. Everyone was so friendly and positive. I liked that they could show me what was wrong by using a little camera on a stick and show it on the screen in front of me. Very helpful, and gave dental advice in a way that wasn't condescending. It was great and I definitely recommend.
