I had best ever 2 hr massage with Ying. She is professional and focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. My body felt better for it and I would recommend it, will definitely be going back!

Had a wonderful massage by Nana tonight. I’ve had neck stiffness for weeks and have walked out pain free. Relaxing music and warm beds, really appreciated the care & attention. I’ll be back.

My massage with Rebecca was not what I was expecting. I asked for firmer pressure and certain areas to be targeted several times and was not listened to. I even asked to have a different masseuse half way through as I was unhappy and was ignored. I was cold and made to sit up on table to be wiped down after my oil massage with a cold washer! When I came out instead of asking how it was she immediately asked how I wanted to pay. I tried to provide feedback and she told me there was only 2 staff and then asked if I wanted reciept and dismissed me? So rude! I come here all of the time and have never left so upset to have spent $100

Nana was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and respected. She is a fantastic masseuse who really cares about her clients. One of the best massages I’ve had :)

I had Nana as my therapist. She is very accommodating and expert. The massage is really good and it helped with my headache and back pain. The place is also relaxing even if it is inside the shopping centre.

Attended MyPlace today by arranging an appointment over the phone. I generally have a hit or miss experience here, however today was different. I was warmly greeted by Nana who also happened to be my massage therapist. She recommended 90mins is for a remedial massage but I could only commit to 60mins.The massage started gentle then after about 5-10mins, she then began to work my body and asked if the pressure was ok, i requested to increase the pressure and the massage just got even better with each area. I could tell she had lots of experience behind her and I must openly admit it was one of, if not the best massages I’ve ever had.At the end, I found out Nana turned out to be the new Manager of MyPlace with 18 years experience behind her. It made the whole experience worth it and wish I went with 90mins.I highly recommend Nana if you plan on booking in advance. :)

Went because I have sciatic pain and desperately needed attention. I spoke to someone regarding my needs as soon as I arrived and they told me what package I needed which was $100. The person who massaged me was very young, very small, clearly unqualified and missed my entire sciatic region. They didn't even do my lower back. I did say 3 times my sciatic nerve needs attention. An hour later I walked out shocked and was also charged $101 by the person who massaged me. I'm a small female and left feeling the exact same physically except cold, and very disappointed.

My experience the first time which was about 2 months ago was pretty good. However, my second time last week wasn't the best. I had to ask the masseuse to stop a few times because it hurt so bad. And I've been left with more aches and pain than I had before. I'm not sure the lady knew what she was doing. It wasn't the relaxation massage I wanted. I'd say this place is good, depending on the masseuse.

This is the worst massage I've ever had in my life. There is NO professional massage technique at all, and it even costs $100! Letting such employee work is wasting the consumers’s money and time. Not only the employee but also the boss's service attitude made me feel DISAPPOINTED!!!My partner booked this massage for me on Anzac Day, and the boss arranged the first room near the door for me, I could hear the music, the boss talking to the staff, and all the noise from the SC, the whole atmosphere was TERRIBLE.A long-haired women offered me a massage.
