Googled best açai bowl in Coffs and it took me to see Chris and the crew. After 4 years… still no tasty bowl. I hope these jits lessons will lead to the ultimate recipe.

Came down from Brisbane to Coffs Harbour for work and stopped in at c4 to train.The gym and the owner Chris were great.Really nice gym with a welcoming environment and excellent culture.Will definitely be coming to c4 again.
