Earlwood KFC what are you doing? The chicken tender is supposed to be a tenderloin, clearly someone is trimming them even smaller. I won’t be returning as this is NOT the first time. The wrap bread was thicker then the chicken!

First issue was the rude assistant manager at drive thru. Second issue was the chicken from the Family Feast we ordered. We returned the order in person and spoke to the assistant female manager who apologised after seeing the raw chicken. Very poor service and quality. We’ve never had previous issues. Staff and management need to be retrained. Got a full refund with poor service.

KFC Earlwood, you guys should seriously consider training your staff in basic respectful attitude to maintain and deliver when serving the customers. I made an order through Menulog and my ENTIRE order was wrong and majority of the items I ordered didnt even turn up. When I called up the restaurant, a female staff member answered and was unbelievably rude. She asserted that she packed my order herself with another staff member so my order would’ve turned up. When I said it didnt turn up, she blamed the poor Menulog driver. I was given NO apology and there was no empathy over my experience whatsoever.I put a review through to Menulog and they havent responded yet so I called up the restaurant again, and the female staff member answered again and said she remembers talking to me yesterday. Again, she was rude and when I told her my entire boxed meal had items that dont come along with an ‘Ultimate Box’, her excuse was, “well we dont have boxed meals with those items in it.” Hmm, then I would love to know why those items were packed inside the box……? Figure that one out….?It was not until I said those excuses were not good enough and that I had photos to prove my claims, that she informed me that Menulog takes up to three days to respond and that’s as much as she can help me.That entire attitude from a staff member was unnecessary and unprofessional. Please consider some team building and critical reflection to better support your customers.

Terrible service. Went through drive through this evening and ordered 5 separate meals. Realised when we left the windows that one of the meals and 2 of the drinks were missing. Went straight back into the store and staff were aware that it was not put in the bag and shrugged it off.When we got home the meal box we ordered had no burger! Rang up yo complain and yet again was shrugged off by the manager and told to come back for the item we ordered another time. And sorry the staff forgot.For those of us that are complacent make sure you check your order before you leave!!

Out of water, no knife to cut burger in half for my son, no clean tables, food all over floor and bathrooms are filthy. Burger patty was so tough couldnt bit the centre, chips and chicken piece warm. Why can't Earlwood KFC get it right?

This is the worst KFC in Sydney. I’ve so so many bad experiences. The food is always terrible. I’ve given this location so many chances and it always lets me down. I called to explain they got my order wrong and the manager was just silent on the phone. Didn’t even offer to amend it. Avoid this location.

The experience I had and the food was absolutely revolting. After waiting about 30 minutes for our chicken to finish cooking we check our meals to see if everything was in there (we order a 3 piece feed and a zinger box), after we leave to go home we’re eating in the car as we just stopped here on the way from the beach and we’re going home. We notice that out chicken wasn’t even cooked properly and that the potato and gravy was chunky and disgusting. Don’t ever go here even if it’s for a quick stop for food. The store was filthy anyways and we can’t even receive a refund because we can’t go back there as it’s too far. So we got no compensation and practically no food as most of it had to go as it was inedible.

Received the wrong order YET AGAIN. 1 missing drink, and the drink that came which I paid extra for was also wrong. The chicken is also always disgusting. Potato Gravy is always clumpy. The staff do not care whatsoever.

50/50 chance of getting your order right. Staff are rude and abrupt. We're told to wait 5 minutes and still hadn't received our food 15 minutes later. Very average, drive a little further and go to a better KFC with better staff.
