We are extremely happy with the customer service we received when buying a new suit at David Jones yesterday. Immediately upon trying on the suit he wanted, my partners measurements were taken and adjustments made by David of 'The perfect Tailor'. The suit was personally delivered free of charge the following day, all within 24 hours. You can't put a price on this level of service. David is a true professional. His brilliant service and quality workmanship makes all the difference between looking truly professional on the first day of a new job, feeling confident, as opposed to being unsure and not looking the part. My partner is 48 and has never experienced such great service and turn-around time in his professional life. Having asperger's, it made a huge difference to what is usually a very stressful experience for him and made what could have been a disaster into an enjoyable and stress free experience.
