They Sold 2 phones to myself that don’t work one was a stolen phone and the other has 69% battery and the screen randomly turns off all the time for no reason and won’t turn on for ages! When going to the company so that we could make aware of our issues he was rude and not willing to help! Please do not waste your money on these phones they are not working phones!

I ran over my phone & crushed it. I was on my way to the Samsung store to get a new phone & I walked past the store & I thought I would ask if they could fix it, not expecting a yes!!Lily was fantastic, she fixed my phone, helped with some technical issues & gave great customer service. She was awesome. I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend.
