The most reliable, professional and patient team. After losing our existing Xray machine to the weather event in March 22, Sam was able to source and personally install our new Xray machine fast.Sam's wealth of experience and amazing troubleshooting skills ensured he completed on scheduled time, even with so many unexpected hurdles on site.I have a beautiful, functional system with full training on completion. So grateful for being under Medic Cloud's care. Thank you for everything.

We are a Sydney-based Vet hospital so it was a big decision to choose a Melb-based company (with at that stage, no Sydney presence) to replace and provide support for our damaged DR x-ray system a few years ago. We have never regretted the decision for a second. Sam has always made himself available in a contactable and virtual way, and is so good to deal with, we couldn't have wished for better service if he was located in the same suburb.
