Busy shop, especially on weekends. Good variety and of both fresh and processed goods. Major let down, is the amount of staffed checkouts. Tidy shop but having 2 manned checkouts as opposed the plethora of self service is bad customer service. 9 min in line to buy a loaf of bread.

Absolutely disgusting. Will never shop here again. Staff walk around doing nothing but no one on service. Deli closes early at 8 and no one will serve. You should be ashamed.

Stir fry organic beef I bought today 5/3/23 had a best before date of 4/3/23. Should not have been on the shelf! Then the lady working self serve was the rudest most unhelpful sad person I’ve ever come across! Would not help me with a coupon I was trying to use and was making belittling comments rather than show me how to use it! Just quit your job if you hate it that much.Shop at Woolworths!!! The staff are much more helpful and the meat / fresh stock gets checked properly.

Worst online shopping experience. Ordered stuff online for a simple reason to make it easier to shop as it’s supposed to be but it was a disaster. I came back parked at the click and collect area waited for 15 mins as instructed but no show. I called the no. I received in the text but they say they will look into it. Then a representative ( i think his name is harry) finally shows up to my cars boot and waiting for me to first pop out of the car . First i thought its the trolley collector standing behing my car but after hopping off i saw him holding my stuff as if he was only waiting for me to pop out of the car. I asked him what was he waiting for and showed him the boot but no he was simply holding the trolley with my stuff. He simply ignored to put the stuff in the boot and that is where this gets interesting. I pop the stuff in the boot and then he shows me the bottom tray which is full of stuff without any bag. What a waste as he watched me put all the stuff in the boot myself. Never shopping here again as its such a shameful experience. I have been shopping with coles for almost 15 years but guess they just lost a loyal customer.

Good Coles with nice selection. Pretty standard and nothing to complain about.

Their recent change to 'self service only' has a lot of people very upset. Not me. I bloody LOVE it!!Getting out now is far easier than it used to be, each checkout has more room than the older ones do and now the staff can focus on keeping the shelves full of stock (quite frequently they are empty) and returning trolleys for customers to use.I am looking forward to more stores starting to take this approach. Keep it up!

Apart from a few issues with items not being available, the Click and Collect was a positive experience. On the plus side we did get things that we hadn't seen in the store and things that weren't available weren't replaced with non-vegan items, since you can list your preferences online. Tried some yummy new vegan products. I didn't wait long in dedicated car park before a helpful and friendly young man arrived and assisted me with loading the shopping. I'm tempted to do this all the time instead of waiting in the queues inside.

Whilst it was Christmas Eve, we found that the deli staff were unwilling and dismissive when we asked about the availability of a number of products. Their reply was that those items had been packed away (and there was still over half an hour before closing) and no they wouldn't get the items for us. It was very disappointing. However, on the self-serve register when a number of issues arose the young mail attendant was extremely helpful. A Merry Christmas to him (5 stars).

Great shopping centre for all your convenience items and groceries. The staff are really friendly at the checkouts. The store is kept really clean and has everything you need. Plenty of parking outside and there are other little food outlets nearby for a bite to eat while out.
