Mala Yoga - Beach Yoga @ South Beach
I went this morning on my first yoga class with Mala Yoga studio on south beach grass area. It is indeed a lovely way to start the weekend, with a beginner friendly class. Jackie and Nick, the teachers, were really nice and made me feel welcome. For only 15$/class, I really recommend this beach class. Thanks again!
