I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone. The services were handled by different department. There's no personal touch. For the first time, the conveyancer refused to have an initial call with us. The communication was not ideal during the process. They recorded wrong email addresses. We had to chase them on updates. Luckily, we managed to transfer final amount to the bank account for settlement just on time.

Having Sunnyoaks settle a property previously we decided to again utilise Leanne’s experience! Best thing we could have done as the settlement was extremely difficult and required expertise and a lot of patience! I’ve used sunnyoaks before and thought I’d use again. Can’t recommend though. Agree with other reviewers stating no confidence in information given to me which I could to be incorrect, very vague in email communications all for an extortion fee $ 500 more than other quotes. I wasn’t impressed and feel they don’t deserve my loyalty. Sorry Kerry but your service was poor

They were very professional and helpful the whole way through the settlement of my new home.
