Not at all happy.. bangas and mash took over an hour with no mash. Gravy was the worst I've ever seen or tasted. So sad because we have had some lovely meals in the past.. the star is for the staff member who was so apologetic. The other staff member who actually took our money didn't have a clue about the poor quality of the food..

Went to the Red Lion for breakfast, and was super satisfied, for only $9.95 me and my family got an all you can eat breakfast meal. The sausages were delicious as well as the scrambled eggs. You even get Coffee or Tea included with the $9.95 special! Overall can’t complain as their customer service was amazing and it was an enjoyable experience!

TL:DR Was once a good place for a feed, appears no longer to be so, price is okay IF you receive food. Service staff the redeeming factor.The good: the bar and wait staff. Polite, friendly and did their best to cover the kitchen....The bad: entrees arrived well after the first round of stone grills were served, second round of stone grills arrived after the first were nearly consumed, a fish platter and burger never arrived.The ugly: mash - bland, cold chips with stone grill. Salad and veg buffet - weird - Bread rolls never replenished (wait staff requested), pumpkin soup bland and tasted more of sweet corn, curry - spicy! But with nothing to tame or compliment, pasta dish had dried out.

Disgusted with lack of elderly/disability access, the only ramp is dangerous and the female staff member was rude, we were told we're full after my elderly Aunty struggled to get in with her walker just to be told perhaps you should've booked". I asked to talk to the manager

Really impressed with the $10 lunch specials - 7 days a week. We've tried the steak sandwich, fish, calamari, beef and chicken schnitzel and roast of the day. All great for the miniscule price.There is a small salad and vegetable buffet but it varies a lot from day to day.The bistro is clean, spacious and relatively quiet. Plenty of parking.The main menu has a really good variety of foods not always seen on pub menus - croc tails, venison and kangaroo.Drinks aren't pricey either. Staff are friendly and attentive.Well worth a try.

Always drove passed it never went in until today for lunch, great service and specials pricing was good, first time my child ever ate his nuggets and normally at a pub they only serve about 3 but he got 6 and ate them all must be a good chef working. Definitely will go back

Not impressed with the meals at all. I know they were 10 dollars but, my husband ordered the bangers and mash...the sausages were not cooked through and I got the fish and chips, the fish was that oily it left a puddle of oil on my plate. Then to top it of we were approached by someone to bum a smoke and he did say....I'll be honest I only need it for my mix lol. I won't be going back.

Food was awesome tonight, bought potato skins, chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy, schnitzel burger and a steak.Potato Skins could've been crunchier but the flavour was there, fresh as hell too.Schnitzel was amazing, juicy, fresh and gravy was awesome.Burger and steak were good too, schnitzel was TOP TIER.

Great atmosphere . I really enjoyed myself at the Red lion. Although I didn't eat the food . I found the people to be happy and friendly. Also the place was packed with people eating so the food would of been AWSome
