Sue did a great job of repairing a framed piece of cricket memorabilia, replacing the broken glass and repositioning the contents which had moved. She was delightful to deal with. The job was done promptly and for a very reasonable price. Can definitely recommend her.

We ended up with a beautiful contemporary frame that was perfect for the canvas, and that suited my client's decor.

I took some Tapa cloths to Rainbow artwork to get framed. These tapa cloths were given to me whilst living in the solomon islands and were very precious to me. Sue (Director) assured me that she would be able to frame them, highlighting her 30 years experience in the business. Her quote was more than $1000 which I paid in full.Upon picking up the work I noticed that the cloths were not flat and were rippling. Although the frames looked great, the pieces looked 'wonky'. I took it back to Sue and she attempted to fix it. Upon picking them up again I noticed that it still wasn't 'right.When I called Sue to ask her to fix it - she basically told me to sod off, she had done everything she could and she wasn't going to fix it.I strongly advise you to not use Sue for precious artwork. Her customer service skills are terrible and she had blamed me for the artwork not turning out correctly.
