Rhodes Valet Dry Cleaners

I quite doubt do they even bother do dry clean or they simply just do Iron & get the garment back to the customer.I have dry cleaned in Rhodes Valet for years & sending one of my white dresses for dry clean twice a year.For white color, it can be easily get dirty on the collar. Every time I send it for a dry clean, the staff told me the stains are too hard to remove, so the dress looks no different pre or post dry clean.Recently I accidentally dropped my coffee mug & get some coffee marks on that dress, urgently send to a dry cleaner near my office. Guess what?! All the yellow dirt on the collar & coffee marks have been MAGICALLY removed!I don’t even wanna mention they pin on my Hermès silk scarf itself not on the tag just because they can’t be bothered to find the tag on the corner

Always go there, always happy! Excellent service and very kind people.Even Ive moved , I still drive 20 minutes to do the dry clean there. Not only the price is cheap but also the quality is excellent. Highly recommend! By the way they also do alterations.

a guy who works at rhodes valet dry cleaners hit a lady and pushed her on the road i don’t recommend it

Used this service for the last year or so for my suits, pants and shirts. Never had any issues. They offer competitive prices. When picking up remember to bring your receipt so that the service can locate your laundry quickly.

Unfortunately very bad experience.Not professional .. bad serviceThey broke the shirt buttons while ironing. And not one or 2, but everytime they break a button which ended in ruining my brand new shirts. Even after talking to them. Still persisted.I tried to give them another chance with dry-clean but ended up badly. Very bad customer service. If there is a possibility to give 0 starts would do. Very rude with custom, left the customer while talking and served someone else and returned the garments after taking it for cleaning and refused to serve me!!

STAY AWAY !Horrendous experience with the Rhodes Dry Cleaner - February 2023. Dropped off a jacket, shirt and two pairs of pants. When I picked up the next day, they simply told me the shirt was gone. When I explained the shirt was tailored and meant alot to me, the woman at the front counter went to the back and grabbed a tattered, old business shirt with stains on the collar and offered it to me saying this one fit you". Absolutely no regard for my lost shirt and no suggestion of a refund or compensation. The final nail in the coffin was taking the rest of my suit home to find it had simply been ironed with a steam iron

I brought in several items to be dry cleaned. The lady told me I didn’t need to dry clean all of them, some just needed to be washed and ironed. Saved me $$$. Very kind. Thank you! Lovely, wonderful service - I’ll be back

Very happy with the dry cleaning on my clothes. They managed to clean a very stubborn stain on my pants so I'm very happy with that. The clothes were ready for collection on the day they promised, and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!
