Getting a bit expensive for a trim now, $42. Hair cut was ok though. Was not impressed that I paid with my EFTPOS card out of my savings account and was charged an additional 80 odd cents as a fee. Didn't show up on their receipt only on my bank statement. Next time I will pay with cash.

Excellent customer service and excellent haircuts (Cat & Fiddle Arcade, Hobart). My son and I came in for a cut. Kathryn, our stylist, was friendly and courteous. My son was very pleased with his cut (and he’s very hard to please). I highly recommend this salon for a great cut and great value!

Comically bad, I don’t think staff have had any basic training in cutting hair. I went in for basic straight trim and left with it wildly uneven, but they could not see that it was jagged and uneven.

Yesterday, I got one of the worst haircuts and unresponsive hairdressers. Completely did not HEAR any of the instructions I gave. She did her own thing, with an I don't want to be here attitude... Now, it is up to me to put up with this haircut. Get some willing and professional staff, please!

This was my third visit to Just Cuts in Cat & Fiddle Arcade (Hobart) and my second time to have Somi as my stylist. I am more than pleased with her skill and with her calm, gentle manner. The whole system is slick and professional and I highly recommend the whole experience. (Marguerite)

The queuing system is hopeless . You go there , they’re busy - I get that , then they tell you it’s a half hour wait - ok / they will text when ready for you. They take my number.Go back in under 30 mins so they are not waiting for me - wait another 20 mins - and now they’ve put 2 people in front of me !Don’t bother .
