I have been a client of Joan's for a number of years. I have extremely fine hair that damages easily and Joan is always spot on with any advice or recommendations she makes about hair cuts, colours or treatments. I've recently been unwell and as a result my hair has become brittle and is falling out. Joan has helped manage this and also gave great advice when I wanted to cut it all off. She saved me from making an impulsive decision and instead has been providing care and advice and my hair is finally growing back and becoming healthier...phew!Joan is an holistic hairdresser and doesn't just do as I ask, she listens to me, looks at the whole scenario and what I'm trying to achieve, and then provides (always!) spot on advice. She also does a great haircut and knows how to look after all hair types!!I can't recommend her highly enough. thank you Joan for saving my hair x

The best salon experience I have ever had. Super impressed and happy with my hairstyle. Had a pixie cut for the first time, the best decision I have ever made. I love my hair and am very particular but since moving to Perth 3 years ago, I feel my hair is in good hands and wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Not only do I have great healthy hair but I have a good laugh too each time I go in.

Pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the 100% hair is. Great service and very transparent about the lustre of 100% hair compared to virgin hair.
