THANKS to Paramount Real Estate, I've now been shown the right way around local auctions. The word seems to have got around very quickly that Paramount knows how to attract the best buyers. Arrive early to the auction because parking spots are hard to find - why? - because everyone wants to be a part of the action. Nobody wants to miss out. The pretty Paramount ladies greet bidders and onlookers (like me) to browse around and meet Paramount's principal Mr. Rob Seib. He patiently hand-holds new bidders with their registration details. Furthermore, it is my opinion Paramount's choice of auctioneer in Mr. Andrew Cooley is key to its overall auction success. He is incredible to watch and always looks snazzy in his fitted navy, pin-stripe suit. Cooley somehow sets the vibe among the bidders into a buying frenzy - always fetching the highest price. When the auction is over, I always try to pick out the owners of the property that just got sold - its easy because they are the ones with the biggest smiles on their faces. I grew up in the St. George district and am quite well known at 62. I have no hesitation in recommending the Paramount team to my mates and family who are wishing to sell.

Rented a property through paramount for nearly 2 years. Went pretty smooth there was a few bumps but they always tried to work out the best solution which is appreciated. Luke for the last few months of the rental agreement was particularly helpful.
