The fam's been loyal customers for years but I was turned away today at 5:57pm. I understand you close at 6pm on Fridays, reason why I rushed to get in on time for my daughter's meds. The lady just waived her hand saying 'no, we're closed', when there were 2 other people that went in literally 10 seconds before me. No consideration at all even though I was the only person at the door.

Husband asked them for claratyne, came home to find they sold him Zertec. Went back to exchange the tablets. Got Claratyne for $29.99 a pack of 30 tabs. Chemist Warehouse price for 60 tabs would have been $29.99. Rip off!!!!

I love this local pharmacy! The staff are incredibly friendly and the quality of their care really shows with each and every interaction. You are not treated like a number, I was so surprised that they consistently remember and ask about how my husband and I are doing with our recent health conditions. Always greeting with polite and warm smiles ,I have been a regular here for the last 16 months.Zainab the pharmacist and Fatima are quick to get my medications and guide me when I need an update on new meds.Their prices are affordable and this pharmacy is one the locals in wattle groove and holsworthy rely on.☺️Returning and satisfied customer

Within 2 minutes of me giving them my script they had lost it.They couldn't find it for 10 minutes, then finally figured out they had given my script to A DIFFERENT PATIENT. They had to call said patient to return it.Not only is this completely unacceptable and unprofessional, this is a major breach in patient confidentiality.According to the doctors next door this has been happening more and more frequently at this pharmacy.Will not be returning to it and cannot recommend them at all.

Even after price match request was potentially overcharged until I showed them other prices for same product plus the used by date only had 2weeks to go on a product which I should have been able to use for a few months - not happy and they have lost me as a customer !!
