Really disappointed. We came to Rashays Darling Harbour several times, always satisfied and I gave them 5 stars reviews on Google. I don't understand why Rashays Maitland is such the opposite. We ordered double beef asado short ribs which we always have when we went to Darling Harbour, over there you'll get 4 pcs of short ribs but over here you only get 1.5 pcs, NOT EVEN 2. The taste was disappointing as well. My mashed potato was quite runny. Chips wasn't yummy.As the proof, I put 2 photos (different time) from Rashays Darling Harbour and 1 photo from Rashays Maitland (one with salad). I know at Maitland is $20 cheaper than at Darling Harbour but come on, DOUBLE means at least 1 more, NOT A HALF. And if you calculate it, it's actually more expensive. $70 for 4 ribs VS $50 for 1.5 ribs lol. Unfortunately Rashays Darling Harbour is permanently closed, it was one of our favourite place to eat.Definitely not going to come back here again.

Absolutely shocking. Had to beg for service. No one had any idea what a glass of savignon blanc is. Chicken wings were raw. $48 beef was chewy. Chips cold, corn inedible. At the end of the meal asked the waitress if she eats here, she said “oh no. Insanitary”. It’s never been great but this was next level.

Total wastage of time and money. Staff has no ethics to give the menu on time . I have to sit for 20 mints but no one came to give me menu and at last I stood up and asked for the menu. Ordered a deal that was $18.95 but staff was unaware of its price and I have to pay the full prize at the end. Moreover, it didn’t happen with me the first time it happened last time too when they showed different and charged different. The service is also insanely bad , they always deliver the order one by one and not together. Wasted my money.

Went to Rashays last night with some friends. We had a really great experience, food and customer service were both amazing.I asked the manager Izzy for a recommendations for a dessert to have and she had happily suggested the Sticky Date dessert. And it was absolutely to die for. Would 100% go back just for the dessert alone and the customer service!Izzy had an amazing attitude and humor talking to us and really appreciated her recommendation to us and it definitely made the experience the best.

I could go on and on with how our night went... A bit overpriced and it felt like once we had finished eating they cleaned up and ready for more customers sweeping us out of the way... And drinks, spesh unlimited refills slower than anywhere I have ever dined at... Maybe I am being too critical as other customers seemed happy...

I will be honest and say I had a coke spilled on me but I wasn't bothered though, other then that the pasta made up for it. One of the BEST pasta dishes I've ever had. And the dessert was delicious. Coming back for my birthday!

The food was delicious. We had lamb ribs, chicken, beef,chips and pasta.But we waited for about 40 minutes for food to get ready. I believe they wanted to make sure that the food comes in at once for all of us.Apart from that, the services were really nice and we enjoyed our evening.

We were seated almost immediately which was great but then it took 25 minutes for someone to take our order and only after we grabbed a waitress as she finished taking the order of a table near us that was seated after us.Once we ordered food came reasonably quick but my steak was undercooked and we had to ask 3 times for salt as there was none on the table.We also had a family sat next to us letting their kids jump all over the bench seating and yell and scream.We have gone here a few times now and the service and food quality just seems to keep slipping

I read a lot about this business, owner and follow him on linkedin, so,yes, i had quite high expectations. We came just for family lunch, the place was busy, but you normally expect waitress to tell you about long waiting time upfront, so you have choise to check next door cafe. 40 min of waiting and they brought kids lunch, warm but not hot. So the taste of fries was compromised. Simple dish. 10 min later we received our dishes. We received apologies that they only had 3 people in the kitchen today and place was quite busy...1 dish had a souse missing. Food was nice, but just average.
