This agency is far better than their reviews might suggest. I wish to thank Marlene and Cara in securing and managing our rental agreement through difficult times , especially with an agent handover. They are very prompt, friendly and courteous and treat tenants with a lot of respect. Great work and thank you for your support.

Very unprofessional, dishonest and rude. If this is the culture of the whole agency, they should be very ashamed of themselves.I would absolutely love to address concerns directly if it didn't have negative consequences for the living situations of tenants.

Worst experience I have had with a real estate agency. Unprofessional, rude, they seem to make up the rules as they go, very poor communication. Not recommended at all.

The quality of a Real Estate Agent can often boil down to the individuals you are dealing with. My Property Manager is a woman called Kay and she has been terrific. Marc and Greg are also excellent and extremely helpful. In my ten years with them I am very satisfied.

Very poorly organized & poor communication. On one occasion the tenants physically blocked them from doing an inspection but they didn't notify us until months later. After 18 yrs with them we'd had enough.During the 60 day notice period we had to give them when we left they wouldn't return phone calls or pay rates bills etc. yet still happily charged a management fee - which was 30% more than we are now paying elsewhere! And we are now getting up to 20% more in rent!I can't recommend them at all.

The absolute worst renting experience of my life. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They made ending our lease so difficult. We did not receive our bond back for months and they tried to scam us out of thousands of dollars. They tried to take advantage of us, were difficult, rude and horrible the entire renting period, especially in the final few weeks. We had to seek legal advice just to deal with them. Do yourself a favour and do not engage with this service!

Late to inspections. Don't advise when rescheduled inspection. Sent out letter to list of tennants asking to vacate properties (accidentally). Not reliable for us! Can't recommend!
