Rainwise Pools

We had a pool installed by Rainwise Pools in August 2021 and having recently enjoyed our first few swims this year, I wanted thank the team at Rainwise for the great experience we had when buying our new pool last year.We have wanted a pool for many years but have been put off by stories of bad experiences, poor workmanship and concerns of having to maintain a pool.Our first experience with Rainwise was meeting Ross Starkey, he answered all of our questions, explained the entire installation process and outlined the benefits of the automatic chlorination systems and robotic cleaners available that take the worry out of maintaining a pool. He was extremely generous with his time and there was no hard sell or pushing to sign a contract on the day, as we had experienced with other companies.Once we made the decision to purchase, the communication with Ross and the Rainwise team was excellent. We were kept up to date with everything. All the trades, from excavation through to the handover were extremely professional and the quality of workmanship was second to none.We also opted to install an inverter heat pump, this was one of the best decisions we could have made, last year we swam from early October through to late April 22 with the water at a very swimmable 27 degrees.Very happy with our Rainwise experience!John & Annette Somerton Park SA

I have been a customer of Rainwise Pools for several years. They have upgraded my filter system and installed a water heater for me. Service has been of the highest standard. I visit the shop monthly to have my pool water analysed and to purchase anything I require to maintain my pool in optimal condition. Customer service is always outstanding.

Rainwise for Product and Outstanding ServiceWe are so over the moon with our Rainwise Pool and the service that we received throughout the process.We were recommended by friends who recently had finished their pool journey with Rainwise and were very happy with their whole process. We had 5 different pool companies come out and although they were fairly competitive price-wise, Rainwise were the first to schedule the meeting (within a week) and attended our property too see the spaces we had identified and talked us through each of the pro's con's for the different spaces. 2 others just sent through a desktop quote and one other gave us an 8 week date to come to the property and one we are still waiting to hear back from.I knew exactly what I wanted and Rainwise had the exact shape, size and colour.Darren was excellent in our meetings and explained the whole process and choices that we had.We did not have an easy approval process with our pool, due to our local council, as our pool install was in our front yard (our front yard is essentially our back yard). This took 5 months to approve. Rainwise worked with the council and attended many meetings onsite (in addition to emails, calls etc) collaboratively with our landscaper to get the approval over the line. Once approved Rainwise made every effort to have our pool installed. During install we 'sprung a leak' as we live close to the ocean. This delayed the craning in of the pool. Overnight the dig out filled due to the attachment on the plumber coming off, Darren was here first thing in the morning jumped straight in and fixed it.We placed a special order for coping from China which when it arrived was incorrect (not ordered through Rainwise) so had to be recut and sent again by sea. Rainwise and Darren checked in on us during this time, went to every effort to keep the pool in a decent state and most of all ensured that we had our pool handed over 2 days before Christmas. Best Christmas gift we could have had and we are so grateful for the outstanding service we received.Through the process we decided to change our filter from a cartridge to a Glass Media Sand Filter. Rainwise happily changed the filter over for us.We received excellent service. We felt cared for and valued throughout the process.The pool and maintenance is super easy to maintain with all the products and selections that Rainwise helped us select in the beginning. If you are thinking of installing a pool, do so you will love it and go through Rainwise- they will look after you throughout the process and if you have any needs post handover.Thank you Darren and the Rainwise Team.

We would recommend Rainwise SA as a fibreglass pool supplier. We are very happy with our beautiful and functional Corbee pool. In times of uncertainty with border closures and new restrictions, they honoured their delivery and installation promised dates. We were particularly impressed by the way the business owner responded to some of the unforseen issues that appeared along the way. Pool handover was also very useful and informative.

After lots of research and multiple quotes, we landed on Rainwise for our pool installation. Matt and the team were very helpful throughout the entire process and provided us with the high standard finish we were looking for. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

After a positive consult and quote I was later dissapointed with poor management, install procedures and communication. Since hand over we have had to replace the auto pool cleaner, pool cover and main controller. Don't be fooled by their awards, I'm in the building industry and since I've heard about the same bad service.

Dealing with Darren and his team was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial sales process, right up to install and completion went seamless.I highly recommend this SA family owned and run company.

Our family were swimming in the pool with everything completed, 30 days after the initial dig commenced.Communication was next level from the Project Manager and all of the trades involved. Michael, Harry and the team clearly communicated time frames, whereby, all expectations were met.Throughout the process, we were made to feel that there were no silly questions, regardless of the time of day we would call or email. We really took comfort and assurance from the knowledge and professionalism that was shown to us at all times.We are still amazed that during Covid and the supply chain issues affecting the world at the time of our pool being installed that the team was able to complete our installation and handover in less than 1 month.Despite our pool being installed approximately 12 months ago, Rainwise representatives are still contactable for advice regarding the day to day management of our pool.

We replaced our old composite pool with the Paroo 6m, working with Darren during the selection and remodeling of our back yard was a breeze and nothing was too hard. Harrison the number 1 installer was professional and efficient and I would recommend Rainwise for your new swimming pool.
