Terrible vet. Expensive. Honestly avoid.We had to put down the cat due to their neglect and lack of care.I also know a few others with just as bad horror stories.They need to be investigated

Our lovely vet Naomi has moved to West Gosford Vet Clinic and of course we followed. Naomi has always treated our animals with kindness, respect and all-round great knowledge of her profession. I know my animals are in the very best of care in the hands of this lovely vet. Thank you Naomi.

Absolutely amazing !There is no other words to describe how happy myself and partner are after we visited today with our little baby for the first time. We found these guys from a friend of ours which also really adore this place. We were so comfortable and felt supported the whole time. They made our boy feel so loved and they gave him so much attention. We absolutely loved that the vet and assistant vet sat on the floor the entire time down on our dogs level giving him so much love. We had been to previous vet where they told us our boy was aggressive after he got upset when getting a needle done. Today our boy didn’t even flinch when the needle went in. Everyone that works there is definitely there for the animals it was a great price and we even booked in for our other dog to go there next month. We feel so relieved after todays experience and will definitely use them all the time.

West Gosford Vets are very nice care about animals and are good at what they do.

If you are looking for a vet clinic that communicates with you then I suggest you go somewhere else. I took my dog to the clinic on Wed because she was vomiting. I was told most likely gastro and was given some medications. Blood tests were done on her and they told me the vet will ring me that day to let me know the result. I waited until the next day to call but was told the vet was not available. I got a call on Thursday evening around 5pm which unfortunately I couldn't pick up because I was at work. I tried to call back but the clinic was closed then. I thought if it's urgent then surely the clinic will call me again but NO. They did not tell me my dog had kidney failure until I called again on Monday. Being in medical field myself, I know how important to treat kidney failure with fluid. I cannot believe they did not call me on the day that I saw the vet. If this was my patient, I would have the nurse and the receptionist constant calling the patient to come back for result discussion and review. My dog most likely had acute on chronic kidney failure and fluid would have reversed the acute kidney injury!. I took her straight back on Monday and they told me they will ring me when she finishes her fluid. I waited until almost 5pm to call the clinic again and got told they had to keep her for 2-3 days for fluid treatment. I just cannot believe no one was giving me ANY update on how she is going. I really wish I took her to her usual vet when I knew something was not right with her so she could receive the proper treatment and have better quality of life in her last months

Very lovely office. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The veterinarian was kind and treated my dog really well.

If you want the best service for your pet that is Holistic and all encompassing then go here! I have three beautiful Fur Babies and I personally believe the only person who loves them more than me and my husband is Emetia and her Team. They have always gone above and beyond to make my Fur babies feel safe and well cared for. I cannot fault their professionalism and dedication to caring for the animals of the coast. They are for me one of the select few people I feel comfortable caring for my pets when I can’t, I believe this is because they treat them as their own.

Highly recommended this vet they are very helpful and compassionate. Very well priced and amazing employees and service. I won't go anywhere else after the way they have helped me and my familys pets.
