horrible treatment to those who are new with english, as a daughter of one of these people i am disgusted, they came to me to backlash my mother for not understanding what they are saying. show some respect and be patience you should try it one day

The library staff is very rude. The worst library I never been to. The worst experience I never have!

Best library i possibly have ever been to ,staff is friendly and cooperative and aren't rude when you lost or damaged a book or dvd , has good selection of books and dvd's for adults and kids . Would recommend

Just found this little library has everything u need. Only 2 Computers to go online. Which mind u are never occupied. So always available to use. Wifi for library memebers. Takes 2mins to join and staff are willing to help.Friendly staff to help with anything u need. They also have a JP, call to check what day nd times as it can change due to covid. Can do printing too. Can scan nd email but u need a Usb stick to tranfer the scan to the computer to email. A tad fussy but worth it as its a free service if ur a library member. You can order books from other library's nd they get a sms when they arrive at Greenacre. They also have art nd craft time sfor younger kids nd book reading. Check website for details. Awesome quite little library. Fully recommended. And i added some pictires of books i borrowed.

Very rude people. No customer service at all. Felt very unwelcome and I surely won't be back. Went to Bankstown Library and found a different atmosphere with very helpful and polite people.
