My wife and I were delighted with the renovation of our original 1970's bathroom by Capital Refurb. The work involved a complete refurbishment, replacing the existing bath with a shower, removing then replacing both the ceiling and the floor, replacing the vanity/mirror and then tiling/painting the lot.Andrew and his team were very friendly and efficient. The entire job was completed in under three weeks. Andrew has excellent communication skills and kept us informed of any minor changes in plans.We would highly recommend Capital Refurb to anyone contemplating a bathroom or laundry refit.

Andrew has a good team that have clearly worked together for a long time. Andrew has a system that works, his team are familiar with it and I was aware of where were at, what was next at every step. There were no surprises. He is familiar with the 1950's house construction and the challenges of bringing them up to date. But that is relevant to my situation, where we completely removed the walls, floors and ceiling of the bathroom, toilet and laundry and rebuilt. He clearly can work on many other properties, being able to cater for this speciality was a bonus. His quote was honest, there were extras incurred along the way due to me changing my plans, this was never a problem and the change in price very reasonable. The quality of work was first rate, all of his team are competent and accommodating. Highly recommend and would use again
