Staying at local accommodation without a car and with a restricted diet relative. Delighted to find a Woolies handy, albeit limited as secondary function. Walked in, selected several products, then to checkout. Assistant couldn't find price on the juice, no label in the fridge, and other assistant also couldn't get scanner to detail price. Meantime, manager stands at other end of counter drinking Coke and not helping. Other assistant suggests scanning in a different drink which was $4.25. My drink usually retails at Woolies for $3.50. Rip off with lack of interest. Will not return there ever.

Used to be my regular service station to fuel up and check tyres. A month ago I noticed that the air hose couldn't because the nozzle was missing. I reported it and noticed today it still hadn't been fixed. Fuel prices are also significantly higher than other local stations.Definitely, lost me as a customer.

Fantastic store worth the wait . It's a one stop shop for when you don't want to tackle crowds at the supermarkets . Great variety of products and fresh produce.

On Monday, 20 March 2023 at 5.03pm I bought a Kranski sausage roll had at one bite and I could not ingest it due to the foul taste. I went on to notice mould on the sausage roll, I immediately went back and showed the staff the sausage roll to be told that is not mould and just a part of the sausage roll even though we both checked the other sausage roll that had no mould on it, I was then told I could have that one. To which I of course declined. I was not offered a refund nor did the staff take any responsibility. Please check any hot food before ingesting from this Ampol store.

Fantastic shop. First time I’d been into a Metro. Much cheaper than your typical convenience store. You won’t regret visiting.

Has a great variety of food products when you are looking for a snack or meal and petrol prices are good

The manager was on a power trip.I discussed with him why I was parked near the entrance, I remained in the vehicle, engine running.Because my partner who is dying of stage 4 cancer and didn’t have his walking aide with him. Was just at the counter. He has difficulty walking, is 36kg, and extremely frail.This manager wasn’t content with arguing with me, I asked him for compassion.“I have a delivery coming “I explained I won a cafe and deliveries are important, I’m not leaving the vehicle and will move should his delivery arrive.“I’m bringing it out now” was the response. I replied again that I would move should it arrive.His power trip came in the form of walking straight up to my partner and angrily telling him NOT to park there next time! He was both rude and abrupt to this frail elderly man. What a waste of space.This happened 3rd May 2022 at 11.40am. Check your cameras. There was no door blocking as he tried to tell me as a motorcyclist drove between our vehicle and the doorway. Review how much difficulty the man in blue shirt with obvious low weight issues walked uneasily through your establishment.ACCC will also be reviewing this as he was not allowing an obvious disabled person ease of access to your establishment.
